Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team at Roscoe Property Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to prospective tenants by showcasing the amenities and features of our properties.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prospect Qualification and Showing: Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify prospects professionally, and show apartments to potential renters.
  • Application Processing: Assist prospects with applications and deposits, process credit checks and rental history verification, and submit them for processing.
  • Community Engagement: Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Tour Coordination: Coordinate and conduct virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours to showcase our properties.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have an associate's degree or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
