Job Description

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead the delivery of our state-of-the-art SoftPOS solution and payment acceptance suite, ensuring timely completion and meeting financial KPIs.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading customer projects for Yazara products and services.
  • Responsible for project performance, output, and outcome, including financial KPIs (revenue, profit) and customer satisfaction.
  • Planning project schedule for implementation projects and managing the project against the time plan.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product/custom software development, support, and maintenance, with a deep know-how in SDLC processes.

A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably experience and knowledge in Kanban Method or Scrum Framework, is also essential.

This role requires excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
