Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to reduce stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and optimize inventory levels.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Support campaign planning and execution, particularly cyber planning and holiday readiness, by providing accurate and up-to-date inventory information.
  • Order Flow Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring and audit of order flow, following up on fulfillment requests, complaints, and incidents.

You'll Be an Excellent Fit if You Have:

  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years in ecommerce, supply chain, logistics, project management, or retail operations.
  • Strong Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, ERP/SAP, WMS; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
