We are seeking an Industrial Technician to join our Maintenance team at the Kraft Heinz Susurluk factory. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. They will also be expected to receive price offers for spare parts and services required for machinery and equipment, ensure their organization, and create purchase requests.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure that maintenance and repair operations are carried out, recorded, reported, and coordinated with the production department (breakdown, predictive, preventive, and planned maintenance).
  • Carry out and implement maintenance activities according to the maintenance planning organization and annual maintenance revisions.
  • Conduct continuous training and development activities for the maintenance team in terms of productivity and occupational safety.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of maintenance experience.
  • Professional knowledge in mechanical elements, root cause analysis, 7D problem solving, TPM knowledge, and experience in auxiliary facilities such as steam boilers and air compressors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of English.
