Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kentkart as a System Engineering Team Lead or Systems Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing system design, ensuring compliance with requirements, and optimizing performance through technical guidance, testing, and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design efforts, ensuring compliance with requirements and optimizing performance.
• Provide technical guidance, testing, and validation support to ensure successful system implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture project/product requirements and define system requirements.
• Ensure system architecture and analysis meet industry standards and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for certifications, approvals, and acceptances.
• Support system and sub-system testing, from lab to real-world environments.
• Review system performance and perform system tests to ensure reliability and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong background in system engineering.
• Ability to lead system design efforts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize own time and workload effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
