As a Sales Manager - Food Heat Transfer at Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Food & Water Division.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. This will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food industry, and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. You will also prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnership development and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food industry.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Food processing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions.
  • Deep understanding of food processes, regulations, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong business acumen.
  • Flexibility with traveling across Turkey.
