">Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet business requirements. They will understand business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities to recommend solutions that drive business value and enable success with SFMC. The role also involves documenting requirements in the form of user stories, designing and implementing complex marketing automation journeys in SFMC, configuring and managing SFMC Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Journey Builder, monitoring campaign performance, generating reports and dashboards to measure the success and ROI of marketing programs, training internal teams on best practices for using SFMC, conducting user training, actively promoting user adoption of Marketing Cloud, coordinating and supporting the client with user acceptance testing (UAT), and staying up-to-date on new features and functionality in SFMC to ensure maximum utilization of the platform.
