Digital HubSpot Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Digital HubSpot Strategist to join our team at i1x Venture Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and optimizing complete marketing automation solutions for B2B clients.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, workflow automation, CRM implementation, email marketing campaign management, landing page optimization, custom reporting, and integration experience with other tools to drive business growth.

• Design and implement scalable HubSpot architectures
• Build complex automation workflows that drive results
• Create and optimize high-performing email sequences
• Set up conversion tracking to measure success
• Develop custom reporting dashboards to inform data-driven decisions
• Configure lead scoring systems to identify top leads
• Manage database segmentation for targeted campaigns
• Ensure deliverability optimization for maximum impact

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
• A proven track record of successful B2B implementations
• HUBSPOT certifications demonstrating expertise
• Data management skills to analyze and act on insights
• Technical problem-solving ability to overcome challenges
• An analytics-driven approach to optimize performance

This is a fully remote position with project-based work, clear deliverables, and minimal meetings. You will be working with a professional team and have the opportunity for long-term partnership potential.
