The Legal Manager will play a key role in advising the Turkey market/GSC/leaf entity on legal matters affecting the business.

This includes collaborating with the Head of Legal to achieve corporate and commercial objectives in a compliant manner by monitoring and managing legal risks.

The position requires excellent command of Turkish and English, as well as advanced level of MS Office applications, proficiency in PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing solution/business oriented legal advice across the full range of business activity
  • Drafting or supporting CA in preparation of JTI's positions on draft legislation
  • Advising on product regulation, including reviewing legislation on relevant matters

The ideal candidate will have minimum 15 years of experience in first-class experience from a top city firm, or in-house with an FMCG company, ideally with experience in highly regulated sectors.
