We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Susurluk. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment and machinery.
  2. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize capital projects.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a maintenance or engineering role.
  • Professional knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and pneumatics.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
