What We're Looking For

We seek an exceptional individual with an outstanding academic record, an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, and a compelling narrative about their alternative path. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of going above and beyond expectations, be well-organized, self-starting, and able to deliver results on schedule.

The successful candidate will demonstrate engagement in open-source software, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to interact professionally with colleagues, partners, and community members. Experience in Linux software packaging (deb, rpm, or snap) and contributing to open-source communities, software, and documentation is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of performance engineering and security is also beneficial, as is experience in a developer advocacy or community role. However, these are nice-to-have skills.
