**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Recooty. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a school-based setting.

About You:

• You must be currently licensed as a practical nurse in the state of TN and possess knowledge of basic laboratory practices.
• You should have effective communication and listening skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise information in a classroom setting.
• Able to initiate tasks autonomously when needed and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Has experience working with students who have physical, mental, and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with electronic data usage and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is an asset.

About the Position:

• Administer nursing care in a school-based setting, including assessing students at the First Aid Center and recording vital signs.
• Respond to medical emergencies on campus and collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate records and documents essential findings in the student's medical record.
