As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a commercial portfolio of customers and providing end-to-end servicing to a panel of mid-large customers.
You will need to have a strong understanding of commercial insurances product ranges, particularly in Employer's Liability & Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. A proven track record in customer account management and retention is also essential, as well as a clear and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and legal environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain customer relationships
- Monitor and review business figures, including new business, renewals, fees and commission, margins etc.
- Input all information correctly onto our systems and ensure clear and concise file notes
- Mentor and train Account Handlers as required
- 6-10+ years' experience working in commercial broking or insurance experience
- Detailed knowledge of commercial insurances product ranges
- Customer knowledge and understanding of their business and industry sectors
