The Role: We are seeking a talented Junior Business Growth Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the Firm's profile in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the BD Team and Practice Groups in daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients to identify potential opportunities for practices, industry groups or offices
  • Monitor market developments, activities and operations to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • University Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, Law or related studies)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English as well as Turkish; strong reporting skills
  • Law degree or being registered with a bar is not a requirement
  • Knowledge of particular aspects of global business and corporations, the law and legal/professional services markets, and transactional and financial markets is an advantage

Technical & Personal Skills:

  • Strong data and computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
  • Strong judgment and ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions with minimum guidance
  • Comfortable working across multiple cultures and time zones in a matrix organization
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, including a pleasant nature, and demonstrated ability to work with a team and independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with a detailed-oriented approach, good project management skills and strong client service orientation with an interest in commercial and business issues
