Job Summary
As an Advertisement Monetization Manager at Codeway, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our in-app advertising strategies to maximize revenue across our portfolio of mobile apps. This role requires a keen understanding of user behavior, advertising ecosystems, and industry trends to develop and execute effective monetization tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor the performance of ad campaigns, analyze key metrics, and continuously test and iterate to maximize profitability.
  2. Plan and execute in-app monetization strategies, ensuring alignment with company business objectives and user needs.
  3. Optimize ad placements and ad waterfalls using mediation platforms to maximize revenue and improve user engagement across multiple projects.
  4. Conduct A/B testing of new ad formats and placements, evaluating outcomes to inform future strategies and optimize user experience.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic advertising partners and ad network contacts.
  6. Collaborate with product, BI, and development teams to ensure that monetization strategies align with overall business and product goals.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to keep our monetization strategies competitive and effective.
