We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at the Balıkesir Factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure processes and equipment are safe for people, products, and the environment.
• Lead implementation of applicable standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement site maintenance strategy using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools and methodologies.
• Ensure site maintenance strategy supports short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership for operational problems including system optimization, debottlenecking, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of factory systems, machinery, and utilities.
• Leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians.
