In this role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Oil & Gas industry by positioning Bently Nevada as a partner of choice. You will handle enterprise accounts, set sales strategies, and meet customer expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Owning Bently Nevada's annual orders plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics.
- Building strong relationships with customers at different levels for business development and sales.
- Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations, and generating new opportunities.
- Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing.
- Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific markets and lead opportunity planning.
- Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as commercial operations, services, engineering, and project management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in engineering, 8+ years of experience, strong communication and presentation skills in English, and the ability to host discussions at meetings.
