
Sales Team Leader

Michael Page Türkiye is seeking a Sales Manager for our esteemed partner, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company with a specialized product portfolio.
This role will be pivotal in driving sales strategy, managing team performance, and contributing to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and coach sales teams to support their professional growth and performance improvement.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align strategies and contribute to effective decision-making processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Training to deliver integrated solutions.
- Review and refine operational processes to effectively achieve sales targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven ability to lead leaders and coach teams to enhance their performance.
- Cross-functional experience in areas such as Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Training is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- No travel restrictions and flexibility for domestic or international travel when required.
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
