About the Role

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping Turkcell's technology landscape by identifying and capitalizing on qualified opportunities that align with customer needs. This involves conducting thorough analysis of current technology environments to detect critical deficiencies and recommending targeted solutions for improvement.

Key responsibilities include leading infrastructure sizing, performance, and upgradeability reviews, as well as evaluating technical solutions for hardware, software, and device performance. The successful candidate will also interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams to analyze business and technical requirements.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in network and security infrastructure, including experience with managed services efforts and a deep understanding of security trends and threat landscapes.

Broad knowledge of security technologies and design expertise in vendor products such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Checkpoint are essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of campus network solutions and data center networking, familiarity with SDN & SDWAN architecture, and ICT professional certifications related to partner programs of vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Define qualified opportunities and identify customer needs analysis through visits.
  • Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Experience with conducting hardware/software infrastructure sizing, performance, upgradeability reviews and benchmarking to provide overall infrastructure recommendations to the client.
  • Preparing and evaluating technical solutions and tasks associated with hardware/software/device performance, dependability, interoperability, recovery, availability etc.
  • Preparing and evaluating technical solutions and tasks associated with managed services efforts of in-house technical operation teams, based upon customer needs, performance, dependability, interoperability, security, recovery, availability etc.
  • Interfacing with customers, vendors, managed services operation team and other technical staff to analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Addressing and resolving complex technical needs related to network & security infrastructure.
  • Design technical solution architecture accordingly and terms of reference documentation.
  • Initiate proposals and participate in the writing of RFP/RFQ/RFI/Tender documents templates and responses.
  • Create and design topology, HLD, LLD, BOM, technical documentation according to customer needs and propose a project plan.
