• We are seeking an experienced Beverage RD&A Technologist to join our team.
• This role will involve the development of new beverage applications to support customers, creating innovative beverage products, and working together with a cross-functional team to develop integrated beverage solutions.
• You will also work with the flavors team for evaluation of performance of flavor products in application, provide input on flavor collection needs, and link with other application groups to cross-share knowledge.
• Other key responsibilities include providing technical assistance in product evaluation, maintaining lab consumables, equipment, and ingredients, and keeping up to date on best practices and competitor benchmarking.

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related subjects.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of Beverage R&D product development working experience with a proven track record.
• Must be able to participate in the sensory evaluation of products and formulate products with flavors.
• An understanding of beverage equipment and other industry standards for beverage products and their processes would be desirable.
• Understanding of interaction of taste products within the food matrix and processing impact.
• Ability to prepare and present a broad range of technology building blocks in final application as a beverage essential.
• Good communication and presentation skills; innovative yet practical, with a flair for creating food and challenging why we do what we do.
• Experience in managing both internal and external relationships, commercial & sales teams, general management, customers, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone or within a multi-functional team.
• Willingness and attitude to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Will need to travel to customers within and outside Turkey.
• Good command of English and Turkish Language.
