Job Description

As a Clinical Payments Specialist at IQVIA, you will play a crucial role in the execution of investigator payments in direct countries or extended study groups. You will work closely with the Study Start-Up Team Lead, SSO Study Start-Up Managers, and SSO Contracting Specialists to ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support country SSU strategy and ensure timely delivery of SSU timelines and deliverables according to country commitments.
  • Accountable for accounting and execution of investigator payments in assigned projects.
  • Project controlling & budget management supports financial planning, forecasting, and management.
  • Set-up and validation of investigator contracts in the accounting system for clinical studies.
  • Execute and monitor internal controls.
  • Translate Grant Plans into local Payment Schemes.
  • Prepare and submit country TCFs.
  • Update systems (ACT, Optimus, etc.).
  • Execute payments, communicate with sites on payment issues.
  • Track and oversee payment status.
