Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Istanbul. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy across various markets and channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing marketing plans for Barilla & Wasa, ensuring alignment with business strategies and marketing objectives.
- Leading the implementation of all marketing activities, including communication development, media planning & monitoring, PR & influencers, on-ground brand activations, etc.
- Maintaining close cooperation with Trade Marketing and Sales team to ensure achievement of brand performance and KPIs.
- Analyzing brand's P&L to ensure appropriate pricing strategies for managed brands and products.
- Developing product portfolio & pipeline for managed brands and managing product launch itself.
- Managing all market research projects related to managed brands and proposing action plans according to research results.
- Providing insight to the company on market trends & opportunities, consumers and customers' behaviour and understanding, competitive intelligence related to managed brands & categories.
