We are seeking an exceptional professional to develop machine learning models that drive business objectives and track progress metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop machine learning models to achieve business goals, with emphasis on metrics-driven progress tracking.
- Develop Proofs-of-Concept (POC) using state-of-the-art ML technologies and lead the POC process to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts from diverse domains to define problems, metrics, and model outputs that meet expectations.
- Document and explain complex techniques to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share ideas, learn from others, and leverage provided solutions.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on applied machine learning experience, with a proven record of statistics, ML model development, data analysis, and visualization expertise.
- Proficiency in Python and related ML-Data Analysis libraries for time series, forecasting, and anomaly detection tasks.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, especially for RNN-based time-series forecasting projects.
- Excellent skills in distilling complex scenarios into tractable models, ensuring effective problem-solving.
- Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets, with familiarity in SQL and various database types.
- Fluent English command for supporting technical meetings worldwide.
- Familiarity with version control systems, source code versioning (git/mercurial), issue tracking tools (Jira and Confluence), and productivity tools (Jupyter/Azure notebooks).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Experience working with sequential big data, including time series forecasting, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, or geolocation analytics.
- High-performance computing, data modeling, and query optimization experience.
- Software development techniques, big data technologies, and Linux proficiency.
- Telecommunication domain knowledge and working experience.
- Executive-level reporting and presentations, data storytelling skills.
