Overview

Gizli seeks a highly motivated and experienced M&A Associate/Manager to join our team. As a core member of our M&A projects, you will be responsible for developing financial models, handling transaction documentation, nurturing client relationships, and fostering team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work as a key team member in all aspects of M&A projects, maintaining effective communication and coordination with all counterparties.
  2. Develop and execute the private equity fund, including deal origination, investment analysis of target companies, deal documentation, reporting, due diligence review, and investment agreements ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Design and implement comprehensive and complex financial models and valuation analyses for M&A and private equity transactions.
  4. Review and prepare transaction-related documentation such as pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations, marketing materials, and manage data rooms.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring direct contact and effective communication.
  6. Assist in the training and overall development of junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  1. This role requires a high level of motivation, self-driven initiative, and accountability to proactively manage tasks, make informed decisions, and achieve project objectives without constant supervision.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the projects' lifecycle.
  3. 4-7 years of experience in M&A advisory roles, investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance, or private equities.
  4. Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or relevant fields.
  5. Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  6. High level of motivation, individual initiative, and focus on work quality and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  8. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
