About This Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Room Attendant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional service and luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, floors, and storage areas.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by being helpful, courteous, and responsive to guest requests and needs.
  3. Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the supervisor or management team promptly.
  4. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
  2. Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and machinery.
  3. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
