Early Interventionist

This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to clients. You will work collaboratively with BCBAs to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, provide direct services to clients, and maintain open communication with families and colleagues.

• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children and families.

• Implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs, including strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
• Providing support and resources to families, as needed, to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate records of client progress and reporting findings to BCBAs.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
