
Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
To provide high-level administrative support to the BA Head, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective management of office processes. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and providing secretarial services to the Management Team when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
- Assist the BA Head in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Coordinate major company events, including regional organizations and employee communications.
- Manage the BA Head's travel bookings and arrange accommodations for visiting employees.
- Liaise with HR on appointment announcements and maintain strategic documents electronically.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fully qualified in English language.
- Excellent IT knowledge based around Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Project Management.
- Strong teamworking, thoroughness, initiative, and ability to learn.
- Personal assistant or senior secretary experience within a large multinational organization, preferably.
- Language-related roles, such as teaching or translation.
