This key position is a critical component of our team, responsible for promoting UK native species and habitats across the zoo Estate. The role involves leading the delivery of our strategic target to have 30% of our land protected and managed for UK biodiversity by 2030.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering our conservation efforts, including creating new habitats and managing existing ones to improve their ecological value. This will involve working closely with other teams to ensure the success of our on-site activities and collaborating with external partners to leverage opportunities that support our conservation goals.
