This role plays a crucial part in our success. The Implementation Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of sold projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Developing project plans, setting milestones, and monitoring progress to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinating project implementation by aligning teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution of the planned workflow.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira (Preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A relevant undergraduate program (preferably Industrial Engineering).
What We Expect
  • Overseeing the implementation of sold projects, managing product installations, and ensuring post-installation support for customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with our portfolio, focusing on customer satisfaction.
