About the Role- The successful candidate will collaborate with HRBP and related managers on training needs analysis and prioritization in line with the company's strategies and targets,
- Analyze trainings which are realized by internal or external resources, cooperation with internal trainers and training companies, improving internal trainer development process,
- Determine training and development methods & tools in line with training needs, designing or developing trainings & development programme with internal and external resources based in the right content and methods,
- Prepare and monitor training plans, organization, documentation and invoices,
- Determine measurement and evaluation metrics to evaluate and improve training, developing new learning tools, reporting results and creating action plans,
- Determine and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs,
- Implement improvement or new projects to increase the effectiveness of the training management process and provide a continuous learning environment.
