Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to join our team at Goldwind Science & Technology Co.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures across various sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive HSE plans, ensuring alignment with company standards and local requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective controls to minimize hazards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitoring adherence to safety protocols and reporting any deviations or incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to employees, subcontractors, and external personnel on HSE procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science).
• A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in HSE management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel frequently to sites, as required.
