As one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Türkiye, they require an individual who can manage financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes while supporting decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes to support business decisions.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections.
  3. Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including actual vs budget analysis, to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 6-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis; audit background is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong competencies in managing budgets, financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes; robust knowledge of IFRS; expert in financial modeling and analysis.
