Overview of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level legal advice and strategic counsel to the Law Firm, focusing on managing legal matters, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, and fostering strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the team and Administrator for support, representing the Law Firm in negotiations with clients, partners, and other entities.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as needed, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development efforts and the acquisition of new clients, monitoring changes in laws and regulations to keep the company and clients informed and compliant.
Requirements
  • Must have expertise in Corporate, Real Estate, Immigration, International Contracts, and Tax Law, with a minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Immigration law experience is essential.
  • Able to coordinate communication between the Turkey office and international teams, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
