Job Role
We are seeking a skilled QA Specialist to join our dynamic team, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Design. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and document comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to guarantee software quality.
- Design and implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet user expectations.
- Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop) to validate functionality, performance, and usability.
- Identify and track software defects and inconsistencies, working closely with development teams for resolution.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to confirm that previous issues are resolved without introducing new issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define testing strategies, participate in test execution, set timelines, monitor progress, and provide coordination.
- Provide timely feedback on product development by reviewing requirements, features, and documentation.
- Apply debugging and troubleshooting techniques to investigate and resolve complex software issues.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous product and process improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements
- BS degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 4 years of experience in web and mobile testing and automation processes.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques and analysis processes, with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including participation in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience in testing back-end services such as APIs, databases, and distributed architecture.
- Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and understanding of various testing types (functional, regression, integration, performance).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
- (Optional) Coding or scripting skills are a plus for automation.
