Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Prepare technical evaluation forms and procurement committee minutes
  • Coordinate regular local market surveys and maintain vendor information
  • Represent the procurement department and handle PRs

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or public administration
  • Advanced English and Arabic language skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in grants management and proposal development
