Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Izmir. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing laboratory systems, ensuring quality and accuracy in measurements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning calibration processes and their improvements
• Chemical risk analysis and management for chemicals used in laboratory
• Measurement order system management
• Continuing improvement of laboratories regarding safety, equipment, and methods
• Measurement method development
• MSA studies of laboratory and line equipment
• Project lead for acquisition and implementation of new laboratory equipment
• Support in performing failure analysis of internal failures and customer return products
• Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering / Quality teams
