As a Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Team

• Manage a dedicated team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits and implementing effective inventory management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, showcasing leadership skills.
• Local driving license.
• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in team management within warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to liaise with 3PL service providers and ensure expected service levels and performance.
