RHI Magnesita N.V. seeks a Crushing and Mixing Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing and performing work associated with converting raw materials and components into semi-finished goods.

Responsibilities
  • Estimating resource requirements and analyzing production and operational data.
  • Managing Lean Production, Standardization, and continuous improvement studies.
  • Developing and implementing production schedules to efficiently use tools, plant, and equipment while aligning output with inventory needs.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in ceramics, materials or chemical engineering is required. Additionally, you should have few years of batch preparation production experience in mineral-based production facilities such as refractory, cement, glass, ceramics.

Languages: Turkish – Native & English – Fluent

Driving Licence: Class B

SAP experience is an advantage
