The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual students' needs
2. Assessing student progress and reporting it effectively
3. Ensuring the pastoral care and welfare of the class group
4. Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the classroom
5. Participating in school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities
6. Line managing the teaching assistant

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Previous teaching experience
3. Ability to deliver conceptual, engaging, and inquiry-based lessons
4. Familiarity with collaborative planning and team-teaching approaches
