Your Tasks

  • Establish and maintain reliable contacts with major partners and key stakeholders in the Printing- and Packaging industry across Turkey and Middle East
  • Manage a team of 3 sales and 1 technology colleagues based in Turkey and Dubai
  • Plan, agree and realize the sales strategy to expand the market share within the area of responsibility
  • Achieve regional sales, gross margin, and profit targets
  • Monitor and analyze the UV/LED Packaging market to develop and implement profitable and sustainable sales

Your Profile

  • You bring several years of sales experience for Narrow Web applications within Turkish and Middle East market.
  • You have strong B2B negotiation and strategic selling skills.
  • You are able to operate in an international matrix structure and have a direct and open communication style on all business levels.
