We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Maslak İTÜ office.

About Your Role :

  • You will identify detailed business requirements & user stories, design screens according to usability and accessibility, write analysis and test cases documents.
  • You will meet with internal and external customers to discuss their needs and translate them into specific requirements and subsequent project objectives.

About You:

  • A BS or MS degree in Management Information System, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields is preferred,
  • You have at least 3 years of Business Analyst experience,
  • You have an advanced level of English allowing fluent communication, understanding complex technical statements and documents associated with duties,
  • You have experience with merchant acquiring systems and international payment methods on high volume platforms.
  • You can create complex technical and functional user documentation.
  • You have basic experience in UML modeling language,
  • You are able to prepare Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Wireframes, acceptance criteria and Blue Prints,
  • You have previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology; e.g., Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, and project management tools Jira, Confluence etc.
  • A CBAP certificate is a plus,
  • You have a strong drive to achieve the best results in line with internal or external standards of excellence
  • You have good planning and organizing abilities,
  • You are able to work as a part of team,
  • You are open to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing.
