  5. Track consumable material usage and manage open orders to maintain efficient inventory operations.
  6. Maintain accurate records of raw material and packaging material arrivals in the system, ensuring data integrity.
  7. Ensure all documentation related to incoming raw materials is accurately tracked and submitted to the finance department for timely processing.
  8. Collaborate with the warehouse during inventory counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Oversee import processes and verify that necessary documentation is provided, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  10. Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced work environment, maintaining rigorous follow-up on tasks to drive results.
  11. Manage inventory for specific SKUs within targets, optimizing customer service and inventory performance.
  12. Arrange returns of non-conforming goods and resolve discrepancies between ordered and delivered quantities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business-related subject, economics, or business administration; preference for candidates with purchasing certifications.
  2. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in material planning and control.
  3. Strong analytical thinking skills to drive informed decisions.
  4. Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to work effectively in teams and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  7. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to ensure task completion and productivity.
  8. Experience working in FMCG and food production environments.
  9. Able to manage complexity and change, adapting to evolving business needs.
