Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee internal processes related to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Organize complex calendars, prioritizing commitments to optimize time and productivity.
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for the executive, coordinating logistics efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support functions, including document organization and meeting preparation.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, being open to traveling when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a relevant department of a university.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Top Executive Assistant, demonstrating strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively.
