About the Position

This mid-senior level role involves driving visual excellence and delivering results that make an impact. As an Art Director, you'll be responsible for designing and executing visually stunning creative assets across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute visual strategies for client projects
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers to conceptualize and develop niche ideas
  • Create visually appealing and conceptually strong creative assets for digital platforms
  • Present and defend creative concepts to internal teams and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies
  • Contribute to the development of creative pitches for new business opportunities
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and visually engaging designs
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is preferred
