We are seeking an experienced Art Director who can define the artistic vision of our games, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the creative process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in 2D art direction, concept design, and UI/UX design.

Job Requirements
  1. Expertise in 2D Art Direction: Proven track record of successful 2D art direction projects.
  2. Concept Design Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging concept designs, illustrations, environment, and character designs.
  3. Proficient Software Skills: Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate, with experience in 2D animation principles and tools like After Effects or Spine.
  4. UI/UX Design Expertise: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to create aesthetically pleasing game interfaces.
  5. Effective Communication: Ability to clearly communicate artistic vision and direct the creative process effectively.
  6. Team Leadership: Experience in leading teams and managing creative processes.
