Role Overview

Mavi is a global lifestyle brand, renowned for its 40 years of denim expertise. As a Human Resources Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources department, focusing on employee development and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized growth plans for headquarters employees through annual training needs assessments.
  • Manage seasonal training budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Plan and execute social events to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Actively oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) with SuccessFactor and provide regular reports.
  • Create an annual training catalog aligned with Mavi's vision and strategy.
  • Contribute to HR process improvement projects and implement new initiatives.
  • SUPPORT THE MENTORING PROCESS OF THE HQ TEAM AND ENSURE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR EMPLOYEES.
  • Assist in the implementation of all stages of the performance management process, aligning with the annual performance calendar.
  • Support the 360-degree competency evaluation process and take an active role in analysis and reporting steps.
