Key Responsibilities

Data Center & Managed Services

• Oversee data center operations and manage contracts with KoçSistem, including managed services and SIEM solutions
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of critical infrastructure components

Infrastructure Architecture & Hardware Management

• Design and maintain architecture diagrams for complex IT environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across server, storage, router, switch, and firewall hardware
• Implement scalable infrastructure solutions that support business growth

Cybersecurity Leadership

• Architect and manage comprehensive cybersecurity infrastructure including DDoS protection, load balancers, and web application firewalls
• Oversee penetration testing tools, vulnerability assessment systems, and privileged access management
• Implement and optimize antivirus and XDR (Extended Detection and Response) solutions

Platform Management & Automation

• Lead server virtualization initiatives using Proxmox, VMware, and Hyper-V
• Drive automation strategies using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and Bash scripting
• Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Purview, and Defender

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Regulatory Knowledge
  : Deep understanding of Turkish financial regulations (TCMB/BDDK) and compliance requirements
• Infrastructure Management
  : Proven experience with enterprise-grade server, storage, and network infrastructure
• Virtualization
  : Advanced skills in Proxmox, VMware, and Hyper-V environments
• Programming & Automation
  : Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and Bash scripting
• Microsoft 365
  : Comprehensive knowledge of M365 services and administration
• Networking
  : Experience implementing office and remote access solutions including WiFi, print management, and SSL VPN

Advanced Technical Skills

• High Availability & DR
  : Solid understanding of high availability, single points of failure (SPOF), and disaster recovery concepts
• Monitoring & Observability
  : Proficiency with monitoring tools including Zabbix, Prometheus, and observability best practices
• DevOps & CI/CD
  : Strong competence with GitLab, SonarCube, Semgrep, Trivy, Istio, Kubernetes, Rancher, RabbitMQ, Redis, ELK stack, and Nginx
