We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to help drive our growth, provide exceptional client support, and contribute to sales efforts in Turkey
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Markit clients at the designated location and worldwide.
- Manage client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Master our sales platform and back-office tools for efficient order administration and warranty processing.
- Communicate effectively with partners and clients to ensure smooth day-today operations.
- Cooperation with the Finance team with payment-related inquiries and invoice handling when needed.
Requirements
- Experience working with clients in an international environment.
- Fluency in Turkish (C1 and higher), with an excellent command of English (B2 and higher).
- Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team.
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Positive mindset and a genuine desire to help.
- Interest in IT is a plus.

You'll be onboarded by the Country Manager of Markit Turkey and the Head of Client Support, with guidance from a dedicated and experienced Client Support Specialist as your mentor.

HOME OFFICE SETUP.
- You will be provided with the necessary equipment to perform your tasks smoothly (laptop, headset, monitor, etc.)
PAID TIME OFF.
- In line with Turkish labour law, after completing one full year of service you are entitled to a minimum of 14 working days of paid annual leave (for service of 1-5 years), which increases to 20 days for 5-15 years of service and to 26 days after 15 years.
