We are looking for a "
Logistics & Customer Operations Specialist
" for our customer.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Foreign Trade & Logistics Manager in all export and shipment-related activities
  • Receive and process customer and internal orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the system
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment priorities
  • Prepare and follow up on export documentation and shipment status with forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
  • Ensure timely and compliant execution of shipments and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders
  • Keep organized records of orders, shipments, and customer communications
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and contribute to process improvements within customer and logistics operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or customer operations
  • Solid understanding of international trade and shipment processes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with external partners
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Located in Istanbul European side
