Job Description
- Follow-up of monthly payments of company rents, dues, electricity, internet and phones
- Follow-up of domestic and international travels ticket, accommodation and visa transactions
- Determination, follow-up, and management of material needs in common areas,
- To carry out processes (service, contract, insurance, etc.) related to company vehicles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Open and willing for improvement
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- 2 or 3 years of administrative experience
